Infertility definition, for women we can have two designations, namely; primary or secondary infertility. In primary infertility, this refers to when a couple, has never achieved a conception after 12 months of having unprotected intercourse. This can be attributed to several cases, and the couple must consult a doctor to check what might be the problem, it might be from the side of the female or from the male. The other one is secondary infertility, this condition refers to when the couple has had a successful pregnancy previously, whether it’s actual child birth, miscarriage or termination, but has not achieved a successful pregnancy after the previous one. This might have occurred due to some complications that developed in the first pregnancy. Women should take note that the chances of pregnancy diminishes as age goes up, the probability of women to be pregnant would drop from 3-5 percent at the age of 30, and would still go up at the age of 40.
