[...] PCOS and infertility: PCOS short for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, is a frequent cause of infertility for the female. Infertility is the failure to get pregnant after a year of unprotected intercourse. However, not a lot of women out there have any idea what this condition is, let alone who the women are that have it. Physically, you may not know that you are afflicted with PCOS. During this time, you will need to take medication to stimulate your ovaries in order to allow your ovaries to release egg cells and allow them to grow and mature. The in vitro fertilization process then commences as the eggs are extracted and sperm cells are introduced to it. The embryos are left to grow in the lab for a few days and then they are put back into the uterus so that they will implant and cause a pregnancy. This might prove to be a very strenuous and tedious process since this is a much more demanding form of treatment and not every person is ready to proceed with that process. [...]

[...] PCOS and infertility: PCOS short for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, is a frequent cause of infertility for the female. With all the advantages that modern technology has today, there will surely be something that science can do for you. However, not a lot of women out there have any idea what this condition is, let alone who the women are that have it. One such treatment that the doctor might recommend is the use of in vitro fertilization. There is no way of suspecting such in a woman by just looking at her. However, if you are still childless after trying to create a baby for a while, you might want to take some tests to find out if it is this condition, or another that is the cause of your infertility. Among all the women who are diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome, forty to eighty percent of them will have a problem with fertility. This might prove to be a very strenuous and tedious process since this is a much more demanding form of treatment and not every person is ready to proceed with that process. [...]
